When I was a teenager, I really thought that offering Christmas cards was an outdated custom which nobody of my generation was ever going to do. I have changed my mind and I now send Christmas cards every holiday season. It's heaps of fun to send and get cards with the post and it's also an enjoyable way to keep in contact with friends and family who I might not otherwise be able to talk to at other times.

I just learned that Christmas cards may be a collectors item and I have started collecting German Christmas cards. I keep any weird cards I see at Christmas but also search on the net for Christmas cards. They can be bought all year round and a great way to buy them is at auction.
